Return Policy

We ship within the US only.

Unfortunately due to the fact that we are dealing with makeup our return policy is very strict. If you are unsure whether a foundation color is right for you we recommend you buy a SAMPLE to try first. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must arrive in the same condition as it was sent to you in order to receive a refund or exchange. We will not return or exchange ANY product that has been opened, which means any product that has had the sealed packaging tampered with in any way, or has been tested, touched, sampled, or had discharge of the contents of the product. If we believe for any reason that the makeup has been opened and touched or tested NO REFUND will be issued. You touch it, you bought it. 

We will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your shipment from us.

All returns must have prior approval and be issued a return code. Please contact us at to receive your code.

For all returns we charge a 20% restocking fee. If you are only exchanging your item for another we will waive the restocking fee, however you will be responsible for the return postage and re-shipment postage. 

For returns you are responsible for all shipping charges to return the products to us. Returns must be sent in a manner that allows for delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation, to ensure its delivery. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us or become lost in the mail delivery system. 

You will be refunded in the manner in which you paid. Your refund will reflect the cost of the products, less the shipping charges to send the original order to you, which includes any "Free Shipping" charges we paid for to send your original order should it have qualified for Free Shipping.

If a package is returned to us because you have refused delivery or because you changed your mind for any reason, we will refund your account after checking all returned items; all actual shipping charges we incurred will be deducted before refunding your account. Shipping charges are not refundable. There will also be a 20% restocking fee.

Please inspect your order right away and report anything wrong within the first 24 hours of receiving it. If for any reason the order we ship you is not correct and it is our mistake, your correct order will be shipped out right away at no cost to you and we will arrange for the wrong order to be picked up. 

If your order shows up damaged in any way contact us immediately and we tell you what to do. Do not discard the contents that are damaged or the box. If you do we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.

Shipping Rates & Policies

We only ship Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PST and we do not ship on all legal holidays.
Most orders, if placed before 12:00 pm PST, will ship the same business day. If the order is placed after this time it will be shipped the next business day. Not including legal holidays.
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with The United States Postal Service. Therefore, on average, parcels will take no more than 3 USPS shipping days to arrive after they have shipped.
Currently RCMA only ships to addresses within the continental United States.
  • Orders from $0.00 to $6.00 the rate is $3.10.
  • Orders from $6.01 to $100.00 the rate is $7.50.
  • Orders between $100.01 and $300.00 the rate is $13.00.
  • Orders over $300.00 shipping is free.
